  1. I would have been more okay with the combat system of yakuza 7 like a dragon if they didn't have these enemies you could face to quite quickly get to level 99 making the game too easy.
This game's combat looks like yakuza 0 and kiwami 1. I like that!!!!!

  2. You should do before you buy jojo's bizarre adventure all star battle r

  3. This reminds me of bleach where theirs captain and stuff itโ€™s really cool

  4. How come you haven't reviewed Like A dragon (Yakuza 7)?

  5. Thanks for the video… but man that katana hits like a pool noodle ๐Ÿ˜’

  6. All things u could have said u lead with naked in a sauna wrestling with a dude๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ bruh can I do gory kills or no

  7. I jumped in with "Yakuza Like a dragon" because I was interested to see their take on turn based combat. After playing that, I was sold on the series, and will definitely pick this one up once I can afford a PS5 XD

  8. I hate how you slice someone 20x with a sword and they don't die

  9. Looks like they took a lot from ghost of Tsushima, which is ๐Ÿ”ฅ any sword game that implements anything from GOT or Sekiro.. is headed in the right direction

  10. the fact we played 6 yakuza games which basically are the same game with the same map again and again proves how cool kiryu is ๐Ÿ˜€

  11. Just bought this game today from Gamestop for the PS5โ€ฆ Love it so far ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ’ฏ itโ€™s definitely worth buying!

  12. Look at this for a entry to the franchise for meโ€ฆ I still torn, itโ€™s such a huge franchise and a lot of time to commit

  13. I cant understand how people love yakuza games? I

  14. Iโ€™ve never played a Yakuza game, I seen this and it honestly made me interested. Iโ€™m a hardcore gamer and I like immersive games. Whether itโ€™s an rpg or even action adventure. I lean more on the rpg side. Should I play any of them? I care about story and immersion more than gameplay tbh but I donโ€™t mind genuinely fun games either lol so do any of their games hit those marks? Iโ€™ve never really seen a bad review when it comes to this studio but Iโ€™ve never seen a review that wasnโ€™t from someone who wasnโ€™t already familiar with their work

  15. I havenโ€™t even played the game yet, but, thanks to a Fleekazoid review, Iโ€™ve started listening to some of the songs performed by the protagonist on repeat. Iji Sakura is easily my favorite!

  16. I'm Litteraly a click away from buying this since it's on discount and I thought "hold up let me check gameranx real quick " this sold me

  17. I started with 6 tbh I wish I could have been there from the beginning. Haha

  18. Waited for gamepass on this one can't wait to play

  19. I just LOVE how your videos are PURE, unadulterated GAMEPLAY – bravo!

  20. Gamepass tomorrow. I cant wait. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿพ

  21. I had a deep sigh of relief knowing it isnโ€™t like the RPG style games and more like 0 and every other numbered one

  22. I didnt even know Yakuza was this good!!!

  23. I'm half interested in playing this. Just because it's on gamepass. But I just can never get in to games that start slow.

  24. Currently on Game Pass, Im roughly 3 and a half hours in and am enjoying it.

  25. I played this on the PS3. Was just playing for the combat. I didn't even had an Idea wtf was goin on in the story I just play

  26. I hate to compare games but coming off of Ghost of Tsushima, I found this game just wasn't for me after only an hour into the game.

  27. Im so glad I bought this game and it IS my favorite entry in this series.

  28. I just got Xbox game pass on pcโ€ฆ Iโ€™m glad I get to get play these games before I buy!

  29. I am playing this is on game pass and its 2 fun

  30. It's 100% an entry point for me. Played a bit of 0 but this is the first one I've given dedicated hours into it and it's a bit of a learning curve with the combat bit I'm enjoying it a lot.

  31. Despite myself, I love this game. Just had to get past its cliched opener and lack of English voice acting. Glad I stuck with it

  32. I was just glad they didn't use the Dragon Engine (or maybe they did but polished it real hard idk). Really hated walking around like there's soap on the ground.

  33. I just love these games they always have a big soul

  34. political turmoil of the time is what made the genre interesting, overwhelming, though there couldve had been more but since this is still a yakuza game so it is as it is expected and just like you said "it set in 1860s japan with gun and katana" is already a selling point

  35. Im new to the series and i still thinking should i buy like a dragon isshin first or yakuza zero first

  36. This video inspired me to buy Like A Dragon Ishinโ€ฆ. Guess what is an AWESOME GAME

  37. And every single person that bought it either regrets it or quit when they realized completion would take them ten fucking years.

  38. For a really long time we only have Onimusha and Ninja Gaiden as game set in historical Japan. Now suddenly we have 6 games all set in historical Japan: Sekiro, Nioh 2, Ghost of Tsushima, Like a Dragon Ishin, Rise of Ronin, and Assassin Creed Red. WOW!!!

  39. pretty casual fan here, only played Yakuza Kiwami 1 (loved it). this game has a way better story than i expected, and i love that there are 4 fighting styles, as in Kiwami 1. i really like the 1850s ish time period also. i'm only into the 2nd chapter but the open world just opened up and there is a ton of stuff to check out in that town too.

  40. The two series that have some of the best world building and sense of place, and extremely fleshed out setting are the Trails series(Trails in the Sky/Zero/Azure/Cold Steel/Reverie-all the Trails games by Falcom) and of course Like A Dragon(including ALL the spin-offs). Those two series are master classes in Setting/World Building and Character writing and some of the best in the whole industry.

Canโ€™t recommend Like A Dragon, as well as the Trails series, enough. Just a pro-tip, always start from the beginning in order of release. It makes these kinds of games with an abundance of world building just 1000โ€™s of times better.

  41. It's 50% off on steam right now, looks good but it's still a 2014 release even if it's technically a remake and I think I'll wait for a 70% + sale for this one. I think I'll go with the Yakuza bundle which features Yakuza Kiwami 1, 2 and Yakuza 0 for 30$ Canadian. That's about 22$ American ๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŽ‰. I just bought Yakuza like a dragon 80% off and that's going to be my first Yakuza game but I am a long time JRPG fan.

  42. Was thinking about buying this game today but after seeing how bad the combat is im going to pass on it.
Tnx for saving me money โค
