30 hrs? Im an only child, you don't even wanna know man….
Nobody is paying 2k for a squashed box like that LOL
did he say 30 hours on that game like it was a lot? lol that was an average weekend of nintendo playing when we got ours around launch time. think i had 300 hours trying to get that dumbass nes robot to work…. think we eventually blew him up with some m80s after failing to have a minute of fun with it.
This isn't an antique.
What a dip. So much for "experts".
How much do you think my chogoink franky Collection is worth use I have a old head was probably worth a lot
How much you think chogoink franky Is worth I have a collection of them
30 hours what a week?
Nope. Overvalued. 👎
a post without David Walker is like a beach without water … (although that little girl is charming!)
Cool
Extremely disappointing to see Antiques Roadshow giving legitimacy to these sham video game prices. The "explosion in the video game market 2019 to 2020" is entirely a false scam perpetuated by Heritage Auctions and their closely related video game grading company WATA games. They have produced fake auction results, sold back to the same owners among partner companies repeatedly, to artificially inflate the prices and scam uninformed collectors out of their money. By publishing a segment like this, all you will do is trick viewers into digging their old, worthless games out of their attic and sending them in to a grading company that funnels more money into the hands of those criminals. It is disturbing to see outright scam prices like these mentioned on Antiques Roadshow.
Cool. I can buy it for 50 in my country
Wow, 30 hours in a game, what a gamer.
side note: the market is artificially inflated
I can see the market change for sealed NES games. As decade after decade goes on, goes an interest of other platforms besides nintendo. Atari is kinda the same, you either have atari games or have a really great atari collection. It just depend on people's interest, and im not particularly interested paying a couple grand on a sealed game, if i can get a few 'holy grails' on the ps2 for less of that price, and im refrencing the super mario bros 3 cart.
It does make me wonder about future auctions involving people's insane nintendo collections?
Get en graded baby girl.
You only played 30 hours…what was wrong with you?
I am now officially old when something from my childhood appears on Antiques Road Show…
They/them seemed happy with the appraisal.
My dad let me rent these two on payday at the local gas station in the good ole days of NES and Boy Scouts. The station had VHS movies including porno in back so a 12 pack of beer with a few skin flicks while I selected a few games and the old man was happy. We had it good in those days and we liked it!
Y'know what else is from the 80s? That shirt! 😅

He's my favorite appraiser, always a nice dude
SEEEEEEEEEEALLLLLLLLLLLLEDD!!!
Only 30hrs of play for Super Mario Bros 3?!?! Dude must have used the guide and warp whistles. To this day, still one of my favs!
AR began sinking with the Magic Gathering cards. Now it's this garbage. The name of your program is ANTIQUES roadshow, not collectibles for millennials. Pathetic. It fits in with the dumbing down to the lowest common denominator. This would NEVER be allowed on the BBC AR.
These prices are not accurate. The auction postings are fake.
🥰❤️🥰
I’m glad he did not reference the sealed Mario games that sold via Heritage for millions. Fake market there. Just a way for millionaires to move money.
30 hrs….. per day 😂
Inflated prices as usual
Man, I remember back in the day when I thought 3-5k was a lot of money. That's a month's worth of bills and a carton of eggs now. 😭
Wow 30 hours
The dimming, full length climate engineering documentary ( geoengineering watch )
only 30 hrs? lol this guy must been forced to play chess or have a stamp collection
The collectible video game market is a pump and dump scam.
Super Mario 3 is easily one of the best games ever made and one of my favorites ever
Why is my childhood on antiques roadshow FeelsBadMan
She was so cute! Wish I had saved all my original Star Trek stuff! Darn, I would be rich!!!!
I hate the current retro gaming market, I hate the current retro gaming market, I hate the current retro gaming market
The estimates are a bit too high on these SEAAAAAALED games.
What about a Nintendo DS 001? (will anyone get that reference?)
I think Travis Landry's appraisal is way to high due to the condition of boxes on these sealed nes games.
Bunk. These are valued way too high.
This poor girl is getting her hopes up on some baaaaad advice from this guy. The WATA/Heritage scam has mangled the market.
Eh to be fair hes only off by a few thousand dollars
That's fine I already got a free preview from Pat the NES Punk, GregTheGamer and others who actually know what they're talking about
